Last night I went to the Shwayze and LMFAO concert. It was amazzzzzing. I am obsessed with Shwayze and I managed to push my way to the very front and therefore I got to touch him. woot. so lame. but it kind of made my night. His song Get U Home has been my friends and my jam song for a while now and when he sang it I went crazy. Ahhh I love live music. Anywaysssss I wore this skirt from Arden B that I got last weekend. Its the epitome of white trash but I still love it. I kept things streamlined with a leotard and a waist belt to pull everything together. My tights had wayyy too many holes at the end of the night so I think its r.i.p time for them. 

I can't believe it is already the last day of thanksgiving break :( That went way too fast! But I do only have a four day week this week as I am going to New York on Friday! YAYYYY

HAPPY TOFURKEY DAYYYYYY

First of all happyyy thanksgiving {to everyone in america} and to everybody else in the world happy thursday.

This is my 5th thanksgiving in America {kinda crazy how fast the time has gone} and I am celebrating it with my mum, my sister, my grandparents, and two of my mum's friends from England. So my house is basically a bunch of Brits pretending to be down with the American traditions.

This is what I wore yesterday to run around and buy my own little vegan thanksgiving dinner. My portion of tofurkey is tiny and there isn't much more vegan mashed potatoes buttt i do have a WHOLE vegan apple pie. yummm.

First of all that is her nickname "asian invasion" it is not me being racist to asians.... i love asians. 

Just wanted to throw that out there before people get mad at me. 

Second I am obsessed with these sequin shorts from Arden B. I outfit repeated on Friday and Saturday night because I couldn't get enough of them. Arden B has some incredibly trashy stuff but there are some hidden gems in there... especially if you wear it the right way. These sequin shorts were on sale for $15 and I really couldn't resist. My love for sequins grows by the millisecond. 

Thirdly I have a bunchhh of new stuff to put up in my store. So look out for that in the next couple of days. Shop Sidewalks Are Runways.

Currently rocking out to Snow Patrol's version of Crazy In Love. It is such a beautiful day here in Cleveland and its actually pretty hot. Kinda crazy seeing as it normally is snowing by now. 

I have been looking for a bandage skirt for a while now but just hadnt really seen any that i liked but that all changed when I found this one yesterday. It has the look of a bandage skirt complete with an outer zip on the back but the material isn't as tight and restricting as other ones that I have seen. Planning to wear this all winter with crazy tights and boots. 

Off to the art museum to see the Gauguin exhibit for the second time.

at the moment I am inspired by power dressing. women both in the wayyy past {marie antoinette} the more recent {princess diana} and the now {olivia palermo and taylor momsen}. 

power dressing for day, power dressing for night.

wear a bold red dress.

wear a skin tight long black dress.

giving the notion of  power dressing an oomphh: wear a corset with an astronomically large skirt. although it will probably be hard to move...and breathe.

both of which is a problem.

power dressing for the day= lots of sequins, impossibly high heels, firm strut, an i dont care if you take my picture look, and some beautiful accessories {love taylors ysl bag}.

also needed are some tough boots complete with layered chains. for those days when your feet won't cooperate with your heels and you just have way to much to get done.

complete with a fro, gold eyelashes, a necklace reading foxy, and fishnet tights.
